How to Unlock the Shops at Harv's Island

To unlock the shops on Harv'due south Island, you must kickoff have a 3-Star Island Rating. One time you have, yous'll receive a letter in the mail service from Harv telling y'all that he'd like to speak to y'all. Saharah at Harv's Island
